Halloween is one of those holiday celebrations many of us look forward to each year. In fact, Halloween is my favorite holiday of the year. Taking your child our trick-or-treating for the first time, or putting them in their first little Halloween costume is an event we parents cherish. Your baby probably won’t remember it, but hopefully you’ll have pictures to preserve those memories long after they’ve grown up.
For the little ones, the Halloween season can sometimes be scary. The planned Halloween celebration can easily be ruined if the youngest member of the family is too frightened to put on their costumes. That’s why it’s a such a good idea to go with non-scary costume options for the little tykes. This helps children ease into the haunted holiday celebration without fear or nightmares. It’s still fun and playful, yet allows your child to feel very much a part of the Halloween festivities.
The Monkey Costume is a fantastic idea for children. It’s just sweet as can be! There are a couple of options to choose from, depending on the age of your kid, and the style you prefer. A Monkey Costume is one of those classics that can work year after year. It will never go out of style like the popular cartoon characters do. If you have a couple of kids, you can probably get a lot of use from it over the years. Who can resist an adorable little monkey?
The Infant Monkey Costume is ideal for keeping warm on those breezy Halloween evenings. It’s made like a set of one piece pajamas, so your little monkey will be snugly as can be. I think the monkey tail is the cutest part of the costume! There’s also a very cute Sock Monkey Costume that fits up to 12 months, it’s just plain adorable!
For Toddler Monkey Costumes, there are some really cute styles to choose from. The Flying Monkey from the Wizard of Oz is brand new for this year, and there’s also a very popular Curious George costume, as well as your everyday cute monkey. There’s a fantastic selection of Kids Monkey Costume choices, so you can find something to suit your little one’s personality. The Flying Monkey is a non-scary costume, but for adults it comes in the more scary version.
Overall, there’s a huge selection of Child Monkey Costume options depending on your child’s style and taste, but they are all super cute. Plus these costumes are good for staying warm on Halloween, which is really important. If older kids are looking for something a little bit on the scary side, there’s some great gorilla costumes available.
Have you thought about dressing up your family in themed costumes for Halloween? One idea is that you could dress up each family member in a Monkey Costume, and go as a barrel of monkeys. Another theme would be to dress everyone up as their favorite character from the Wizard of Oz.
The Monkey Costume is definitely a safe bet for a family friendly Halloween celebration. It’s the type of costume you’ll come back to year after because it’s so darn cute. Happy trick-or-treating!
